📍 Shipping Locations
- We currently ship only within India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
- ⏳ Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.
- 🚚 Shipping Time & Charges
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days, depending on location.
- Shipping Fee: A flat charge of ₹100 per order (non-refundable).
- 📦 Packaging & Proof
- Jewellery is securely packed to avoid damage.
- Customers are required to record a full, unedited opening video when unboxing.
- Claims of damage, missing items, or wrong product will not be accepted without the opening video.
- 🏠 Shipping Address
- Please ensure the shipping address is correct and complete while placing the order.
- Yugavi is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- 📮 Delivery Issues
- If your package is delayed, please contact us at adairjewellery@gmail.com.
- If your package is marked delivered but not received, we will help liaise with the courier, but Yugavi is not liable for courier delays, theft, or loss once the parcel is marked delivered.
- ❌ Non-Refundable Shipping Fee
- Shipping charges (₹100) are non-refundable under all circumstances, including returns/exchanges.
