4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1. Return Eligibility – We accept returns only if the jewellery is received in a damaged or defective condition. To be eligible, customers must provide a complete and unedited opening video clearly showing the parcel being opened for the first time.

4.2. Non-Returnable Items – We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or if the jewellery has been used, altered, or is without original packaging.

4.3. Customised/Personalised Orders – Customised or personalised jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange unless it arrives damaged and is supported by the opening video.

4.4. How to Request a Return – To initiate a return, customers must email us at adairjewellery@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with their order details and the opening video.

4.5. Refund Process – Once we receive and verify the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
