2.1. All orders placed through our website or authorised channels are subject to acceptance and availability.

2.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the payment information provided is inaccurate.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Yugavi offers delivery across India. Shipping charges, if any, will be specified at the time of checkout.
3.2. Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
3.3. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1. Return Eligibility – We accept returns only if the jewellery is received in a damaged or defective condition. To be eligible, customers must provide a complete and unedited opening video clearly showing the parcel being opened for the first time.

4.2. Non-Returnable Items – We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or if the jewellery has been used, altered, or is without original packaging.

4.3. Customised/Personalised Orders – Customised or personalised jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange unless it arrives damaged and is supported by the opening video.

4.4. How to Request a Return – To initiate a return, customers must email us at adairjewellery@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with their order details and the opening video.

4.5. Refund Process – Once we receive and verify the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5.1. We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately. However, variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings and lighting conditions.
5.2. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
